Aninda Katragadda joined TriGemX in 2026, she has more than 25 years of experience in senior finance roles. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer at Atavistik Bio, where she built and led all financial aspects of the business. Prior to Atavistik, she was at Akouos, where she helped build the company together with the founding CEO, grew the company through multiple private financings and a successful IPO. Prior to that, Aninda held senior finance roles and advisory roles at Surface Oncology, Foghorn Therapeutics, Voyager Therapeutics, The Medicines Company, and other companies, beginning her biotechnology career at Vertex. She worked on several private and public financings, several IPOs and post-IPO transitions for companies. Aninda is a CPA with public accounting experience from PWC, holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Missouri at St. Louis.
